MERAKSA TOV is a Ukrainian limited liability company that supplies industrial equipment, pumps and engineering components. For the purposes of this statement, MERAKSA TOV is the data controller for information collected through the website at meraksa.site and through business correspondence. This is a corporate, business-to-business website; it is not directed at children and does not offer consumer services.

This statement explains what information we receive, why we hold it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It covers the public website and the email address published on it.
